Keith Seville is an author, entrepreneur, business coach and equality specialist. His passion for business has given him the time and resources to invest in people and community whilst looking after his family. 

Keith has a track record of understanding equality diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Keith saw the potential to create a course around equality in business and provide a series of steps to help others. 

He grew up in the leafy county of Berkshire, in the South East of England, with five sisters and one brother. His parents were part of the Windrush generation, emigrating from Jamaica.

A few short years after leaving school he landed on the idea of self-employment. He went from selling sweets in the playground to running his first businesses whilst still in his teens.
